After Hours Help
We are happy to help “YOU” our valued customer anytime including after hours. Our Birmingham based employees rotate “on call” duties after hours, on weekends and holidays. We compensate our people for their dedication to helping our customers when they are down. As a result we charge an after hours fee and/or holiday fee to the customer’s that are in need of parts that we may have in stock. These employees have the capability of checking our inventory remotely to determine if we can provide a parts solution.

In the event service is needed, we can provide that on a limited basis which would be subject to our regular hourly rates and per diem rates plus time and ½ and or double time for holidays.
