Servo-Proportional Valves
Moog's
Servo-Proportional Valves utilize either ServoJet®
or Direct Drive Technology (DDV). ServoJet® piloted
valves bring lower internal leakage, improved valve
dynamics, greater contamination resistance and
improved frequency response to the second stage of
Moog proportional valves. DDV and DDV piloted valves
utilize a permanent magnet linear force motor design
to offer a simple and robust design that is
independent of system pressure, has low power
dissipation around mid-position and no leakage of
pilot valve.

Electrical and Mechanical Feedback Valves
Moog
Mechanical Feedback (MFB) servovalves have been at
the heart of closed loop electrohydraulic control
systems for decades. In Electrical Feedback (EFB)
Servovalves, conventional mechanical feedback has
been replaced with electrical feedback using a spool
position transducer.
Generally smaller in size than
Servo-Proportional Valves
2 or 3-Stage Valves.
Nozzle-Flapper, Jet Deflector, Jet Pipe Torque
Motor design.
Conform to ISO 10372 or have non-standard port
patterns.
Mechanical Feedback is standard, with optional
Electrical Feedback. |
