Flow Dynamics and Automation is extending its expertise in Fluid Power with our new repair services division. Our concept is specialized technological repairs. Repair shops historically have been 90% machine shop and 10% expertise directed to specific products. Although there seems to be a repair shop on every corner, few can have expertise in everything. In the 21st century, a vast wealth of knowledge is required to repair fluid power and electrical/hydraulic components. We can provide that for you.

The product you send to us will be directed to the best qualified technician. For example: Moog servo valves can only be repaired correctly at the factory. Moog discontinued sales of parts to anyone as a result of incorrect repairs being done in the so called “one-stop repair houses.” Correct Moog repairs require genuine factory parts and the knowledge of test parameters. This can only be done at the factory.

Simple cylinder repair will be done in our facility. It is important to understand that repairs should be made by qualified, factory-trained technicians and that complete expertise is never under one roof.

We have established a pick-up and delivery route to ensure prompt logistics. Additionally, E-mail notification of pick-up confirmation, status and cost of repair and estimated delivery date of the completed part is provided along with a log of repairs.
